_1167 The Fèis Fling: 'Woodland Orchestra' "The Highland-based Woodland Orchestra started as an idea to enhance the collective celebration of our native woodlands. The first steps were taken by carving out drums, making a 'marimba' and other percussion-instruments. It grew out of Woodland Arts and Crafts working with native woodlands in an endeavour to bring woodland crafts into the 21st century. The group grows trees, plant them and use them.
