Adam Sutherland is a fiddler, composer and teacher from Errogie on the south side of Loch Ness. After a twenty year career touring the world with Session A9, Treacherous Orchestra and Peatbog Faeries, Adam has become one of the most well known fiddlers in Scotland. He was named ‘Composer of the Year’ at the recent Scots Trad Music Awards. Many of his tunes can be heard in sessions worldwide, particularly ‘The Road to Errogie’. This ludicrously infectious reel has so far been recorded on forty different albums, by artists hailing from Spain to the USA to South Korea.
