James Graham, Lochinver, won the 'BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Award' in 2004. Arthur Cormack, Portree, is an outstanding soloist and also a member of the Gaelic super-group 'Cliar'. Each summer young traditional musicians and singers from the area are brought together to create ' The C\u00e8ilidh Trailers'.
