Inner Sound 'Patience' G and S
Gilbert and Sullivan's sixth collaboration was "Patience", or "Bunthorne's Bride". Patience satirises the "aesthetic craze" of the 1870s and '80s, when the output of poets, composers, painters and designers of all kinds was prolific. Inner Sound is possibly Scotland's leading amateur G and S producers. Anne Lampard MBE has for years been training young and older singers, some of whom are now working in the professional operatic circuit.
